Ingredients

  1. 4 Chicken Wings with Bones and 4 Chicken Thighs with Bones
  2. 20 cloves of Garlic
  3. Black Pepper
  4. 1 Tablespoon Of Black Peppercorns
  5. 50 grams of Palm Sugar
  6. 300 ml of Unseasoned Rice Vinegar
  7. 60ml of Dark Soy Sauce
  8. 120 ml of Regular Soy Sauce
  9. 120 ml of Filtered Water
  10. 4 Bay Leaves

Procedure

  1. Firstly, take all of your chicken and put it in a bowl.
  2. Take 20 cloves of Garlic, smash it and add it in your chicken.
  3. Add some Black Pepper in it and also add black peppercorns.
  4. Now add Palm Sugar, Unseasoned Rice Vinegar, Dark Soy Sauce , Regular Soy Sauce and the Filtered Water.
  5. Now mix it and let it marinate overnight.
  6. After marinating overnight separate the chicken and the liquid. Don't throw the liquid.
  7. Now take a pan and add cooking oil just enough to cover the surface.
  8. After the pan is heated enough take the chicken and cook it.
  9. Take your liquid from before and start heating it.
  10. Add your chicken and let the liquid boil.
  11. After it boils lower, the temperature to low heat and shimmer for 30 minutes.
  12. Again, flip the chicken pieces to cook evenly and shimmer for 30 minutes.
  13. Your Chicken Adobo is ready.
